Where's all the drummers?

I have just started out in band management and i am currently looking for a drummer in the Coventry area. I have been advertising since the begining of the year but have had very little response. The band I have started to manage play rock/indie, I have had to sit in on the drums for them at several reheasals but as i only know 2 grooves, that i can only play at 1 tempo, its far from ideal.
If theres any drummers who would like to come and have a jam with us, let me know.
